چکیده

Let $K$ be a finite field and $X$ complete simplicial toric variety over with split torus $T_X\cong (K^*)^n$. We give an algorithm relying on elimination theory for finding generators of the vanishing ideal subgroup $Y_Q$ parameterized by matrix $Q$ which can used to study algebraic geometric codes arising from $Y_Q$. method compute lattice $L$ whose $I_L$ is exactly $I(Y_Q)$ under mild condition. As applications, we precise descriptions lattices corresponding some special subgroups. also prove Nullstellensatz type theorem valid fields, share Macaulay2* our algorithms.

Complete Intersections in Toric Ideals

We present examples which show that in dimension higher than one or codimension higher than two, there exist toric ideals IA such that no binomial ideal contained in IA and of the same dimension is a complete intersection. This result has important implications in sparse elimination theory and in the study of the Horn system of partial differential equations.

Binomial vanishing ideals

In this note we characterize, in algebraic and geometric terms, when a graded vanishing ideal is generated by binomials over any field K. 2010 MSC: 13F20, 13C05, 14H45

Toric difference variety

In this paper, the concept of toric difference varieties is defined and four equivalent descriptions for toric difference varieties are presented in terms of difference rational parametrization, difference coordinate rings, toric difference ideals, and group actions by difference tori. Connections between toric difference varieties and affine N[x]-semimodules are established by proving the corr...

Primitive Ideals of the Ring of Differential Operators on an Affine Toric Variety

Let A be a d×n integer matrix whose column vectors generate the lattice Z, and let D(RA) be the ring of differential operators on the affine toric variety defined by A. We show that the classification of A-hypergeometric systems and that of Z-graded simple D(RA)-modules (up to shift) are the same. We then show that the set of Z-homogeneous primitive ideals of D(RA) is finite. Furthermore, we gi...
